Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports under supervision
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Support audit preparation activities
- Learn and apply QuickBooks software
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business (or pursuing)
- Basic knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain CPA certification within 2 years
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (client site visits)
