Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accurate data reconciliation
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Support tax preparation processes including sales tax filings and document organization
- Contribute to internal audits by gathering documentation and verifying compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for transaction recording
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/Oracle accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
