Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow operations
- Support tax compliance documentation and audit preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
