Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to pursue CPA/CMA certification
