Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support tax preparation and documentation compliance
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel for accounting operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Active CPA exam candidate or willingness to pursue certification
