Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
- Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger accounts.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist external auditors with document requests and data analysis.
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or internship background.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
