As an Entry Level Accountant, you will work closely with our senior team to manage daily financial operations. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the financial health of our clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Support the external audit process by gathering necessary documentation.
- Assist with payroll tax filings and data entry.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties and data verification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships accepted).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check.
