Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support general ledger maintenance and account analysis
- Prepare financial reports under supervision
- Manage data entry in accounting software systems
- Contribute to audit preparation processes
- Adhere to GAAP and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
