Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks for accounts payable/receivable
- Support preparation of financial statements and monthly reports
- Process payroll and tax documentation under supervision
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for daily operations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
- Conduct research to resolve accounting discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- No prior accounting experience required – training provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
