Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits
- Enter and maintain financial data in accounting software systems
- Contribute to expense report processing and vendor invoice verification
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance tasks
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
