Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for record-keeping
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience or internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
