Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Support audit processes and documentation requests
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles efficiently
- Conduct variance analysis and expense tracking
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Adhere to GAAP and SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or academic experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software exposure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA exam candidates strongly preferred
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
