Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Support tax compliance documentation and filing preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Document financial processes and maintain internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software
