Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Support the tax preparation process by compiling necessary documentation and schedules.
- Assist in internal and external audit requirements by providing requested schedules and reports.
- Prepare expense reports and monitor budgets to identify variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
