- Support month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Process payroll and tax filings under supervision
- Analyze financial trends and identify discrepancies for resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
