Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for client portfolios
- Assist in preparation of financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support tax filing processes and documentation for corporate and individual clients
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews using accounting software
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA certification (highly desirable)
