Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements under CPA supervision
- Support audit preparation and documentation tasks
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
- Contribute to client tax preparation projects
- Participate in ongoing accounting training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or pursuing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
