Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks using accounting software
- Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
