Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with focus on optimization and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with 2+ in senior-level roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end close cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
