Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and voluntary deductions
- Manage time and attendance data integration with payroll system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear, accurate solutions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, Texas labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Professional certification (CPP, FPC) preferred
