Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union payroll processing
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end forms (W-2, 1099)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile payroll accounts monthly
- Support HRIS system administration and payroll data migrations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state wage-hour laws
- Expertise in payroll tax compliance and filing procedures
- Proven experience with payroll audits and reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
