Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, TX unemployment)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage calculations
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns and year-end forms (W-2, 1099)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and time audits
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and TX labor laws
- Proficient in Excel and payroll software
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
