Responsibilities
- Manage complex multi-state accounts payable/receivable for DC and Florida clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online/Enterprise systems
- Conduct audits and ensure GAAP compliance for diverse client portfolios
- Generate cash flow forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience with multi-state bookkeeping (DC/FL essential)
- Expert-level QuickBooks certification and proficiency in Xero
