Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow management
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and federal/state financial regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance
