Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and weekend payroll support
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial continuity
- Implement and maintain weekend-specific accounting controls and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions
- Knowledge of GAAP and California state tax regulations
