Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Ensure SOX compliance and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with weekend/shift work schedules
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
