Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records using ERP systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial reporting
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax codes, and financial regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
