Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports with a high degree of precision.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
