- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns and audit schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies with high precision.
- Process payroll with accuracy, ensuring compliance with local Washington state regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop budget forecasts and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with daily pay or temp-to-perm structures is a plus.
