Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Collaborate with tax preparation team for quarterly filings
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Texas sales tax filing experience strongly preferred
