The Role
You will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in all transactions while enjoying the flexibility of our daily pay structure. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process daily invoices and payments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in payroll processing to ensure timely and correct compensation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support tax preparation and audit requirements as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote work).
