Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses
- Process AP/AR transactions with 100% accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid NC CPA license preferred (not required)
