Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions daily
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements for 8-12 clients
- Manage payroll processing for small business clients
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Tennessee CPA license or active pursuit preferred
