Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and reports for client review
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing efficiently
- Collaborate with team using cloud-based accounting software
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with daily payroll processing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Minnesota tax laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to meet daily deadlines with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
