Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts with same-day verification
- Prepare accurate financial statements and tax documents for small to medium businesses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with real-time payment processing
- Conduct monthly audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Xero for real-time financial reporting
- Provide financial consulting to clients during daily work sessions
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for immediate transaction clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with daily transaction processing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Proven ability to meet strict daily deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Experience in multi-client accounting environments
- Strong understanding of California tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for client consultations
