Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and payroll adjustments
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions daily
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Generate customized financial reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience with daily pay processing
- CPA certification or equivalent advanced accounting degree
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP and IRS tax compliance knowledge
- Proven track record of financial reporting accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Nevada CPA license preferred
