Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform monthly reconciliations for various accounts.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings for the organization.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct routine audits of financial documents and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
