Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with Oregon state regulations
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for small business clients
- Lead quarterly tax preparation and filing processes
- Maintain accurate audit trails and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Active Oregon CPA license or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines and pay schedules
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
