Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Assist with month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models for client forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel (advanced functions)
