Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports for client portfolios
- Implement and optimize accounting systems with QuickBooks and ERP platforms
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting for decision support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with daily/monthly close cycles
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Experience in contract/temporary accounting roles preferred
