Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank transactions
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct audits and identify discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Nevada tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Nevada accounting license or ability to obtain immediately
