Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for SMB clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial systems
- Generate customized financial reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
