Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with same-day verification
- Prepare daily financial statements and reconciliation reports
- Manage payroll processing for multiple client portfolios
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries in QuickBooks
- Provide real-time financial analysis to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Strong knowledge of Florida tax regulations
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable expertise
