Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments using industry-standard software (Excel, Moody's Analytics)
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential default
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure credit terms aligned with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in paid training modules covering financial modeling, regulatory compliance (FCRA, BSA), and risk management frameworks
- Develop expertise in industry-specific sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, and technology
- Present credit recommendations to credit committees with clear rationale and supporting data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and numerical precision
