Responsibilities
- Evaluate business and consumer credit applications using financial statements, market trends, and risk models
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports for senior leadership
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and recommend mitigation strategies for delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay current on regulatory compliance (FICO, Basel III) and industry best practices
- Support portfolio management through quarterly reviews and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit Risk Management certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
