Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit analysis of loan applications and financial statements for individuals and businesses.
- Assess the creditworthiness of clients using financial models, ratios, and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare detailed credit reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for loan approval or denial.
- Monitor existing accounts for signs of financial distress and changing risk profiles.
- Collaborate with underwriting and lending teams to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and credit policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our credit management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
