- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations
- Develop risk assessment models using advanced financial analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in commercial or consumer lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks
- Credit Certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
