Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations with clear risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators of potential defaults
- Collaborate with senior management to structure complex financing solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of credit analyses in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
