Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications and financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Assess the credit risk of potential clients and determine appropriate credit limits and interest rates.
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, identifying trends and recommending strategies to minimize delinquency.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for approval or rejection.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide credit guidance on new equipment financing deals.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
