Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit risks for commercial loan applications
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present findings to credit committees with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in credit underwriting software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Excellent Excel modeling skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- FINRA Series 7/63 or equivalent licensing preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
